What we collect

Messages you send on WhatsApp or Instagram.

We do not ask for payment card details on this Site. Bookings are confirmed on WhatsApp. The form does not email a server — it keeps a draft in your browser and opens WhatsApp with the details you typed.

Why we use it

To reply to tour and transfer enquiries on WhatsApp.
To include your email in that enquiry so we can send a plan.
To operate and secure the Site (hosting logs).

Legal bases: your consent (the form checkbox), and our legitimate interest in answering a booking request you initiated.

Where it is stored

The form saves a copy in your browser’s local storage so you can resend it. We do not run a public customer database on this Site. When you continue to WhatsApp, Meta processes that chat under WhatsApp’s own terms.

Cookies and tracking

We do not set advertising or analytics cookies. Local storage is used only for your enquiry draft. The Instagram profile embed is off until you tap “Load Instagram feed”. If you load it, Instagram / Meta may set cookies — that is outside our control. See Meta’s privacy policy.

The Site is served through Cloudflare’s global network and hosted on an Australian domain by The Bearded Marketer. Hosting logs (IP address, user-agent) may be processed in Australia, the United States, and other countries where Cloudflare operates. WhatsApp / Instagram messages are processed by Meta globally. By using the Site or sending an enquiry you acknowledge this transfer.

Retention

Enquiry messages are kept as long as needed to complete the booking and handle follow-up, then deleted or archived in ordinary business records. You can clear the browser copy yourself by deleting site data for this domain.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold, or withdraw consent for further contact. Message us on WhatsApp. If you are in a region with additional rights (for example GDPR), we will honour a reasonable request of the same kind.

Complaints
