Terms of Service

The service

We provide a private car and English-speaking driver from Ubud, Bali — half-day and full-day tours, airport transfers, and help holding activity tickets. The Site is an enquiry page, not a confirmed reservation until we reply on WhatsApp with a plan and price.

Rates

Published rates are per car (up to six guests), in Indonesian Rupiah, and include petrol, parking, and tolls unless we say otherwise. Entrance tickets, meals, activities, and extra hours are extra. Rates may change; the WhatsApp confirmation is the price that applies.

Booking and cancellation

• Request a date via the form or WhatsApp.
• A booking is confirmed only when we accept it in chat.
• Change or cancel on WhatsApp as early as you can.
• Third-party tickets (ATV, sanctuary, rafting) follow that operator’s own cancellation rules.

Your responsibilities

Give accurate hotel or villa details and flight times. Follow temple dress and local rules. Seat everyone with a seatbelt. We may refuse unsafe or illegal requests (including driving under the influence).

Liability

Road, weather, and attraction conditions in Bali can change. We will adjust the day in good faith. We are not responsible for attraction closures, delays outside our control, or loss of belongings left in the car. Nothing in these terms limits liability that Indonesian law does not allow us to limit.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes will be handled first on WhatsApp, then in Bali if needed.
